What types of stationery products does Paper Bliss offer?

Paper Bliss offers a wide range of stationery products, including note cards and note pads. Our products feature beautiful watercolor botanical designs that add a touch of natural beauty to your correspondence and daily organization.

Can I have my stationery products personalized?

Yes, you can personalize your stationery products at Paper Bliss. We offer customization options for certain products, allowing you to add your name, initials, or a special message to make your stationery truly unique.  Please read our Proof Policy below regarding personalization on products.

How long will it take to receive my order?

That depends on the product -- each one takes a different amount of time to process, which affects when it will be shipped. 

Note Cards (note personalized):  These are shipped within 2 - 4 business days.  Personalized notes are not printed until approval on the proof is received.  Please see Personalization Policy:

PERSONALIZATION POLICY

Paper Blisss sends proofs for personalized items usually within 24 – 48 business hours of receipt of order.  Please check messages so that you may review your proof and either send notice of approval or make any changes.

Production time will be delayed if notice of revisions or approval is received in a timely manner.  In order to prevent this delay, PB reserves the right to assume that the product proof is approved and will proceed with processing if response to proof is received within 3 – 4  days of the proof being sent to customer for review.

By placing your order, you understand the terms of Personalization Policy.

Greeting Cards:  These are sent out either the same business day or the next. Some cards have a personalization option.  If personalization is chosen, then the Proof Policy will be in place.

 Note Pads:  PB outsources the final processing of note pads which may result in a slightly longer time to dispatch.  If pad is personalized, the proof policy applies.  However, it usually does not take longer than 5-7 business days.  Please contact me with any questions about this.

Prints:  These are digital products sent in a PDF format and are sent to the email address shown on your order usually within 2 business days.  If personalized, it will be longer.  Please see Proof Policy.

Return Address Labels:  Labels are outsourced to Avery for printing and delivery.  After proof is approved (please see Proof Policy), the design is sent on to Avery for completion.  You will be notified when it is shipped so you will have a tracking number.

Are you the artist behind the watercolor images used in your designs?

No, I was not blessed with that particular talent.  I use licensed images from talented artists and arrange them in the designs that you see on the products.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Paper Bliss. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your items to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that personalized items and digital items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

What is the difference between a customized product and a personalized product?

A customized product is one that is basically made from scratch – a totally different concept than one previously done.  Details such as color, text, graphics, etc. are included in the design as the customer chooses.

 A personalized product is when a name or special text is added to an existing product and the design is not changed in any significant way.
